The Risk Management and Patient Safety
Institute’s (RM&PSI) Group Mentor Program is
designed to build the skills, organizational
efficiencies and proactive processes that will
help you meet those new challenges while giving
you the confidence you need to address the
challenges that already exist in your
organization.
Let Us Guide the Way
Using
a group approach that draws on the experience of
the leader and its members, the program coaches
participants through critical-thinking
scenarios, professional readings, organizational
assessments, data management analysis, and
dialogue and problem solving exercises. An
RM&PSI expert will lead you through this
comprehensive program and will provide
“hands-on” learning of risk management core
principles. Reading assignments and exercises
will be available prior to each session.
Participants are to complete readings and module
exercises prior to attending a 120-minute
educational teleconference which covers
assessment findings, day-to-day challenges and
situational applications of reading materials.
